Terms and conditions of sale:
All returns require a return authorization number before returns are made.
All returns are subject to inspection for receipt in good condition. Customer is responsible for any damage that occurs on returns. Credits will not be issued for lost or damaged items.
All items in sealed packages must be returned in sealed, un-opened package. Credits for returns of opened sealed packages will not be issued.
What is Incaseyouasked.com Return Policy?
NO returns will be accepted after 10 days from the date of original invoice. Some parts that are special order may be non-returnable.
Is shipping refundable on returns?
Shipping is NOT refundable on returns and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning item(s) back to incaseyouasked.com.
Is there a re-stocking fee for returns?
All items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee at the discretion of incaseyouasked.com. Items returned for exchange for another item or items of equal value within (7) days from the date of purchase are NOT subject to a 25% restocking fee.
What if I want to make a return after (10) days of the original invoice date?
Returns made after (10) days of invoice date will be at the discretion of incaseyouasked.com. These returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and an in house credit only will be issued for future purchases with Incaseyouasked.com. We will NOT issue a credit to your credit card account, issue cash or check refunds for returns received after (10) days from the date of the original invoice.
What is your return policy if I received a damaged shipment?
All damage claims must be reported to incaseyouasked.comwithin seven (7) days from the date of invoice. NO claims will be honored after seven (7) days. All returns must be authorized by inCASEyouasked.com. Email immediately if you have a damage shipment.
What address do I use for returns or repairs?
Our address for shipping us repairs: InCASEyouasked.com, 2855 W. Market St. Suite 116, Akron, OH44333. All returns should also be sent to this address but require a Return Authorization before you send your return.
