Q: What is the InCASEyouasked.com Return Policy?
A: NO returns will be accepted after 10 days from the date of original invoice. Some items that are special order may be non-returnable.. Shipping is NOT refundable on returns and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning item(s) back to InCASEyouasked.com.
 
Q: Is there a re-stocking fee for returns?
A: All items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee at the discretion of InCASEyouasked.com. Items returned for exchange for another item or items of equal value within (7) days from the date of purchase are NOT subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items that are considered special order are non returnable and all sales are considered final.
 
Q: What is you return policy if I received a damaged shipment?
A: All damage claims must be reported to InCASEyouasked.com within seven days from the date of invoice. NO claims will be honored after seven days. All returns must be authorized by InCASEyouasked.com. Please email us immediately if you experience any damage.
